Shushaanth is a driven Practice Manager dedicated to transforming dental practices into high-performing, patient-centred environments.

He currently manages two dental practices in South East London:

• Dentartistry – a premium cosmetic dental clinic focused on aesthetic excellence

• DH Keen Dental Surgery – an established NHS and Denplan provider serving the local community

Shushaanth holds an MSc in Strategic Engineering Management from the University of Derby, where he gained expertise in project governance, operations, supply chain strategy, ERP systems, and change management. His postgraduate research on sustainability and circular economy underscores his commitment to environmentally conscious and future-focused leadership.

With a passion for merging clinical quality with operational efficiency, Shushaanth oversees all aspects of practice performance — from team leadership and workflow optimisation to compliance and patient engagement. He is known for integrating technology and AI-driven solutions that streamline operations and elevate care standards.

Shushaanth’s background spans healthcare coordination, recruitment, compliance, and digital transformation. He spent over three years as a Service Coordinator at Your Medical Services, working in partnership with the NHS to help alleviate pressures on Trusts caused by long waiting times. During this time, he developed a robust foundation in workforce management, clinical scheduling, and end-to-end service delivery across multiple NHS Trusts — gaining invaluable insight into the operational challenges and opportunities within large-scale healthcare systems.
